For me Fit sauna feels so amazing because I have used it for four weeks, every day. After just a few days I recognized that under my skin I was losing fat and after a few weeks I can see that a lot of fat in my body fat has gone and I still have my muscles and I look more toned and i felt much better and felt so surprised.
